Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged unless there is a defective item, a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered to you. Please confirm you have selected the correct size and quantity before finalizing your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the issue is on our end, we will offer a full refund or product replacement. Please note garments are placed on the printers by hand, and due to this human factor, slight placement discrepancies may occur. For this, we have an acceptable margin of 0.5 - 1".

You may be asked to submit a picture with a measuring instrument. Any claim must be submitted within 30 days after product received. To initiate a claim please send proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item to:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
  2. Wait to hear from BeyondYou™ customer service for further instructions before sending your item anywhere. Failing to do so may result in you not receiving a refund or product replacement. It will take 5-10 business days to receive your refund or store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@alookbeyondyou.com.
  3. Please allow time, as in accordance with the shipping policy, to receive your replacement product.
